Where is your best source of information, your IFU! Social media is an excellent form of communication and community involvement. However, often it is a lousy source of reliable feedback. There are complex and technical questions that are posted on social media all the time. Answers come in many forms, incomplete, off subject, and sometimes just plain wrong. I am not saying you shouldn't use social media for feedback; however, it may not be the best for complex and technical questions. I recommend doing your homework and looking at your IFUs. You may save a life!
